1. Objective

These terms and conditions regulate the use, rights and duties granted by Diesel Group to users who enter the Online Store, electronic platform, Web pages, mobile applications, social networks and/or any other means for the acquisition of products and services enabled by Diesel Group and/or with third-party providers electronically, hereinafter “Online Diesel Store”.

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions at the time of User registration, the User accepts the policies contained herein, therefore, they are mandatory and binding. The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions established in the Terms and Conditions, as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference.

2. Reach

Diesel Group through the Diesel Online Store: i) Displays the products or services, with their characteristics, properties and quantities; ii) Enables a channel for the acquisition of the product or service directly or as an intermediary with a third party ally; iii) Makes available the means to make payments; iv) Informs the delivery time of the good or the provision of the service; v) Receive communications, complaints or claims from users addressed to Nippon Diesel; vi) Informs the rights and duties of the Users.

4. Definitions

User: Any natural or legal person who, as a final recipient, uses the Diesel Online Store to purchase a product or service with Diesel Group or with a third-party partner. 6.2. Responsible for the treatment
